►AC-10核型可以在多种情况下看到，包括系统性硬化症、雷诺现象、干燥综合征和癌症（52-56）
►如果在上述情况的患者血清中发现AC-10核型，则随后应考虑进行抗NOR90 (hUBF)抗体检测；该抗原包含在疾病特异性免疫检测中（例如，系统性硬化症抗体谱）（54-55）
