描述 核细/粗颗粒染色在不同细胞核间强度不一致。偶见核仁染色。分裂末期细胞中细胞间桥（桥主体）着色。后期末阶段细胞间桥前体上观察到早期染色。仅在中期的染色体着丝粒呈现粗颗粒染色。 Variable-intensity fine/coarse nuclear speckled. Occasional nucleolar staining. Staining of the inter-cellular bridge (stem body) sparing the midbody at telophase. Early staining of the stem body precursor in late anaphase. Coarse staining of centromeres exclusively at metaphase.
